All corals are shipped using insulated packaging and temperature-control methods (heat or cold packs when necessary) to maintain stable conditions during transit.

We ship live coral via overnight or express delivery only to minimise stress and ensure livestock health.

  • Orders are processed within [1–3 business days].

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • We may delay shipping due to extreme weather conditions to protect coral health.
